August 31, 2004 -- Robert Upton will be providing coaching and learning opportunities to churches, Christian colleges, parachurch ministries and Christian-based businesses that have a desire to look more like heaven.

The world is constantly changing around us and becoming more racially diverse. The White population in the United States is aging and shrinking in number. It is now projected that sometime after the year 2050 that Whites will account for less than half of the U.S. population.

We will need to be prepared to embrace change and make the necessary adjustments to be able celebrate and embrace a diverse world. Will your church, Christian college, parachurch ministry or Christian based-business be prepared to successfuly navigate the new cultural landscape?

Robert Upton is a Senior Consultant with Upton Consulting that is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Robert's opinion and counsel are highly sought after on topics concerning racial diversity, race relations, racial reconciliation and racism in the church.
