FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

eGreatCause.com and The Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders Sign Marketing Agreement
On-line Fundraiser and Christian Cheerleading Company Team Up To Help Cheer Groups and Christian Schools Raise Funds

VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA (September 1, 2000) – eGreatCause.com, LP, an Internet company that operates an online fund-raising portal, today announced a strategic alliance with The Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders (FCC), the leading Christian cheer company in the United States. Under the agreement, The Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders will promote the eGreatCause.com fund-raising Web site to over 1,000 Christian cheerleading groups and 4,500 Christian Schools throughout the US.

Specifically, eGreatCause.com (www.egreatcause.com) will be featured as the "official online fund-raiser" of The Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders. The Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders is a leading operator of Christian cheer camps, clinics and competitions. FCC groups will be pre-registered into the eGreatCause.com fund-raising program. The FCC will include eGreatCause.com in marketing materials and advertisements, as well as provide direct links from their Web site www.cheerfcc.org .

The relationship will add to eGreatCause.com's already strong presence in the national cheer market. There are approximately 3.2 million youths participating in cheerleading today. Cheerleading has grown into a major youth sports program, with participation and awareness growing rapidly. The alliance also allows eGreatCause.com access to the Association of Christian Schools, International. There are over 1 million students that attend these schools.

"We are thrilled to be working with Cary Coleman (President) and the Fellowship of Christian Cheerleaders," said I. Andrew Byer, President and CEO of eGreatCause.com. "This relationship opens up another huge market for us. We look forward to helping Christian cheer groups and schools raise extra funds in a simple, efficient manner. By simply having supporters start all of their shopping at eGreatCause.com, these groups will be provided with an additional year round source of revenue. Unlike off-line fund-raisers, with eGreatCause.com, groups can raise money with virtually no effort at all. Our tremendous selection of sites, the great rebate offered at our own eSnacks.com and our marketing materials will help groups maximize their rebates."

eGreatCause.com, LP (eGreatCause.com, Inc) is an e-commerce company that operates the Internet businesses of an online fundraising portal, eGreatCause.com, and the snack food and confection e-tailer eSnacks.com. eGreatCause.com provides fund-raising groups such as leagues, teams, clubs, schools and charities with a rebate from every purchase made through shopping links to over 150 of the Internet's best shopping sites. eGreatCause.com has established marketing agreements with eSnacks.com and SportChalet.com (Sport Chalet) to provide featured products and programs.
